Primary Skills: General ledger, Journal entries, Reconciliation, Ad-Hoc reportDuration: 6 Months Contract Type: W2 OnlyEducation: Bachelor'sDescription: Reviews general ledger accounts and prepares and adjusts journal entries. Performs account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts. Maintains the general ledger chart of accounts and assists with initial internal control evaluations. Posts monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals. Performs ad hoc projects.Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities: Construction Project Costing Analysis. Diagnose problems along the capital procurement cycle, and facilitate the implementation of solutions including data compilation and analysis. Prepare/review journals and reconciliations. Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary. Prepare/review all property management financial reports on the individual assets.Top 3-5 Required Skills: Mathematical qualities; logical and reasoning abilities. Analytical skills; decision-making approach and ability to solve problems easily within minimum time-span. Critical power of thinking; verbal as well as written communicative skills, listening power. Ability to work in groups; leadership qualities. Computer knowledge and corresponding application skills.Desired Skills: Excel, Access and SQL experience.
