Assist accountant in record and bookkeeping, compiling and
retrieving statistics, handle bank account functions, handle
inventory and perform special tasks and assignments as required by
Essential Job Functions:
1. Keep records, statistics, and books relating to accounting.
2. Handle TMNF-HO and US bank accounts.
3. Prepare bank/account reconciliations.
4. Enter Check requisitions and issue Expense checks.
5. Mail expense checks and file check copies.
6. Handle all supplies ordering and inventory control.
7. Handle file destruction.
8. Install/De-install ergonomic medications.
9. Handle various administrative projects.
10. Audit accounting copies of indemnity checks.
