Then, look no further ...Fox Dealer is seeking a motivated Accounting and Operations Coordinator who will be an integral part of the day to day operations of Fox Dealer. In this role you will collaborate closely with multiple teams to input and maintain a high quality of data in our CRM. You will have a significant role in the timely preparation of the monthly financial statements for the company.A successful candidate will have proven strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills. If you love taking ownership of processes, applying your keen eye for detail and collaborating with other teams, you'll be a perfect fit. Accounting experience is preferred but not required.Good communication skills are a must! You will be a point of contact for customers & vendors to address any questions regarding finance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:--- Assist with invoicing and billing process, including monthly reconciling of budgets and accounts--- Manage the client onboarding process - verify incoming orders from the sales team, communicate with internal departments and create tickets to ensure timely product deployment--- Deliver requested reports to the sales team and other internal departments in a timely manner--- Monitor data quality in our CRM, Salesforce and document processes--- Complete necessary bulk uploads and edits to Salesforce as well as ad hoc request to maintain data accuracy--- Create and maintain monthly budget sheet, take ownership of data accuracy by processing all budget updates promptly--- Accounts Receivables - contact customers with past due invoices and post payments--- Account Payables - record expenses and draft payments--- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, and the organization of accounting documents/recordsQualifications:--- Ability to perform simple accounting procedures--- Must possess superb communication skills both written and oral--- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, stay organized and manage priorities--- Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines--- Volunteers readily; undertake self-development activities; seeks increased responsibilities; looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; asks for and offers help when needed.--- Proficient in Office / G-Suite, in particular Sheets or Excel--- Maintain strict confidentiality of company financials--- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online / Salesforce is a plusSalary Range: 50k-60kWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
