We are working with a Non-Profit client looking to hire for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their ever-growing team!! If you are interested in utilizing your skillsets for a cause, please apply!

  Manage the entire company's financial status, month- end closing, overseeing and processing payroll.
  
  
• 
  Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.
  
  
• 
  Maintain payroll records and reconcile any discrepancies.
  
  
• 
  Take ownership of managing the general ledger and financial transactions.
  
  
• 
  Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  
  
• 
  Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Proven 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper
    
    
  • 
    Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and payroll processing.
    
    
  • 
    Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
    
    
  • 
    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    
    
  • 
    Ability to work independently and meet deadline
    
    
  • 
    Proficiency with Excel
