RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, direct, evaluate and oversee the performance of commercial banking staff; includes performance monitoring, employee development and training, motivating, coaching, mentoring, etc.
• Encourage teamwork.
• Foster organizational commitment. -
• Develop and Implement aggressive sales strategies to acquire and expand new and existing customer relationships.
• Maximize loan deposit and production.
• Generate quality loans that are consistent with the principles of safety and soundness, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the monitoring of current loans and customer's credit profiles to ensure conformity with terms. -
• Remain cognizant of developing trends.QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10 or more years of commercial banking experience
  • Proven track record of individual sales excellence in the Pasadena market
  • 3 or more years of Management experienceA reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $188,238 to $282,357. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
