Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Business Finance and
Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the strategic financial agenda and spearhead transformation
across the finance function
Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and
forecasts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to targets
Oversee financial reporting and analysis, delivering insights on
key performance indicators and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance,
preferably in a high growth company
Experience in business with multiple go-to-market channels in the
high tech or similar industry preferred
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools,
including advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
