Office Administrative Assistant / Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for candidates that are energetic and friendly in person and on the phone to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.

Benefits:

--- Pay: $12.00 per hour + overtime (if needed)----
--- Health insurance (for the employee only, not including dependents)----
--- Great way to get yourself familiar with the real estate industry----
--- Fixed work hour schedule----
--- Vacation: 2 weeks per year

Responsibilities:
About the Office Admin position:
--- Saturday, Sunday, and 3 weekdays (for an example, Monday-Wednesday) from 8AM to 5PM (1 hour lunch break)
--- Answer incoming phone calls
--- Prepare flyers
--- Other general office duties

Qualifications:
Your qualities:
--- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
--- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
--- Hard working
--- Warm and friendly
--- No past real estate experience needed
