In 2021, Kitchen United will grow from six to over 15 locations, partnering with over 100 great restaurant operators to expand their reach and their revenue through off-premises expansion.To achieve our ambitious goals, we're hiring a B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our corporate marketing team focused on engaging top local, regional, and enterprise restaurants to become members and long-term, successful partners.About the Role:As a key member of the corporate marketing team your primary responsibility is demand generation for our turnkey commercial kitchen, SaaS, and logistics products. You will be an excellent storyteller with the ability to translate complex details into clear, compelling, and memorable stories of restaurant industry innovation and customer value. You will work across our organization to develop an effective GTM strategy, including product and campaign positioning, marketing assets/collateral, sales enablement materials, and integrated multi-channel campaigns.This role requires partnering closely with marketing, sales, growth, and customer success teams to understand audience needs and business priorities to deliver content that scales to support integrated campaigns across target accounts/markets.As the Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Generate compelling stories and make the complex simple.
  • Develop clear value propositions that address customer needs and describe how our products/solutions drive significantly better outcomes than our competition.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to successfully launch new locations and products.
  • Create content and enablement tools that align to the buyer's journey, such as ebooks, infographics, videos, interactive tools, presentations, playbooks, case studies, white papers, virtual tours, emails, webinars, web content, and more.
  • Partner with the operations, customer success and sales teams to develop and execute solution/product strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to align messaging to include key solution/product capabilities.
  • Monitor and maintain competitor intelligence, such as successes, new product offerings, positioning, price structure, etc.
  • Define and prioritize target audiences and segmentation within each addressable market.Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related field, or relevant experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, industry marketing, B2B, and/or SaaS/technology
    • Familiarity with infrastructure engineering, design, and project delivery
    • Proven experience with content marketing and lead nurturing to attract and engage audiences
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate across an ecosystem of influencers, stakeholders, and teams
    • Must be computer savvy, can multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a team environmentBenefits
