school's marketing and recruitment efforts to bolster admissions
and enrollment at the school.What Will You Bring With You: --- - -
- - - -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication,
writing, or other related field. - --- - - - - - -Minimum of 2
years of experience in related field --- - - - - - -Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate
with prospective families --- - - - - - -Ability to engage with a
variety of constituents (students, parents, agents, faculty,
alumni) from many different cultural backgrounds --- - - - - -
-Strong organizational skills; ability to manage and execute
multiple objectives concurrently --- - - - - - -Demonstrated
responsibility for and success at meeting targets and improving
applicant numbers and quality in a recruitment process --- - - - -

- -Proficiency in using other administrative tools in the Microsoft

-Successful completion of a background checkWhat Will You Do: -For
Admissions and Enrollment1. Evaluate continually and redesign where
appropriate all aspects of the admissions program with the goal of
maintaining a capacity enrollment of qualified students and a
wait-list of qualified applicants.2. Direct the admissions process
from point of inquiry through enrollment.3. - - - -Conduct outreach
to current and prospective families using a warm, friendly, and
positive approach while representing the school and its mission. 4.
- - - -Engage and inform prospective families about the benefits of
a New Horizon education.5. - - - -Maintain excellent recordkeeping
and data entry for all admissions inquiries and prospective
students.6. - - - -Coordinate and manage systematic and efficient
handling of applications and communication with families with full
usage of school's SIS. 7. - - - -Follow up with applicants on
tours, testing, records, and responding to questions.8. - - -
-Maintain a coordinated calendar of tours, interviews, and testing
dates in coordination with HOS and division heads. -9. - - -
-Prepare necessary information for Admissions decision-making.10.
-Communicate admissions decisions to families.11. -Upon student
acceptance, facilitate the enrollment process with new families.12.
-Follow up with post-enrollment processes (e.g., required
paperwork, etc.) 13. -Comply with the school's and accrediting
organization's guidelines for enrollment and admissions
management.14. -Track all data related to admissions: -inquiries,
applicants, acceptances, enrollment, attrition for internal school
purposes as well as for accrediting organizations.15. -Manage the
re-enrollment of current students for the succeeding year with
constant monitoring of attrition and retention.16. -Provide weekly
and/or monthly reports to HOS and Business Office on admissions and
enrollment data.17. -Establish and maintain positive relationships
with area educational constituencies including area schools,
preschools, consultants, admissions directors and organizations and
create networking opportunities.18. -Work closely with Business
Office on matters related to finance.19. -Maintain a pleasant and
functional workspace. -For Marketing and RecruitmentIn
