Job Description:

We are developing our US-based team which grows for and among global customers (with an initial emphasis on North American customers), and leading it to triple-digit growth.

We are seeking a full-time buyer growth professional and digital marketing expert to help build and expand our North American buyer business. This position requires an experienced buyer/traffic growth expert who can recognize new opportunities with both new and existing customers. The preferred candidate has a documented history of successfully acquiring buyers for e-commerce companies. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong proven track record with solid relationship skills.

Responsibilities

---Create local marketing campaigns and amplification it across both internal and external channels. Aggressively meet business goals towards achieving the vision

---Brainstorm with internal team and external partners, find the best ideas for both parties. Bring Deep understanding of the creative assets creation process and campaign management

---Take points on key projects, ensuring clarity in strategy, planning and execution, roles and responsibilities, objectives and KPIs

---Engage in regular routines across disciplines /project teams for integrated marketing projects. Ensure seamless flow of information between global and local market team

---Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning and reporting, organize and leading branding always-on campaigns and big sales project.

Basic Qualifications

---Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 5+ years' experience in business or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

---Creative agency experiences highly preferred

---5+ years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce, or technology marketing roles preferred

---Experience in a B2C marketing role focused on running marketing campaigns and content creation

---Excellent oral and written communications abilities, and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders

---Ambitious self-starter, eager to dive right in and optimize the marketing campaigns

Salary range: 119k - 195k depending on different factors
