Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, External and
Regulatory Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Participating in and assisting in improving the Company's various
external reporting and regulatory reporting processes
Performing analysis and research related to various reporting
requirements and building sustainable processes to comply
Drafting and maintaining external reporting and regulatory
reporting policies and procedures and partnering with various
stakeholders to operationalize
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant
4+ years of relevant work experience, including public accounting
and industry specific experience
Working technical knowledge of US GAAP/SEC and international
accounting standards
Experience with SOX 404 and internal control over financial
reporting
Experience with Workiva or similar reporting system
