Job Description:
A company is looking for a Creative Production Studio Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily functions of the Creative Production Studio, ensuring
high performance and compliance with client standards
Oversee staffing, onboarding, and professional development of team
members while implementing retention programs
Collaborate with stakeholders and lead operational meetings to
ensure efficient project outcomes and alignment on processes
Required Qualifications
BA in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years in creative and/or marketing services
At least 5 years of management experience in a multi-shore delivery
model
Experience managing large teams (20+ direct and indirect reports)
preferred
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience
Manager is a plus
