Learning Innovation and Technology Manager (The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. - Los Angeles, CA)- Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of digital client solutions including proprietary learning tools and platforms. Specific duties include: develop comprehensive digital learning strategies that support the overall topic strategy and client demand, and design full-stake learning technology ecosystem to support the delivery of client learning programs; advise BCG project teams and clients on learning technology implementation, deployment, and evaluation; collaborate with BCG Omnia technology team to create and establish agile product development models; lead product strategy and development for internal technology solutions by creating a robust business plan, develop a strategic plan and operating budget, lead requirements gathering efforts, and develop product development roadmaps for key BCG solutions; evaluate build vs. buy decision for learning technology; maintain a robust backlog of future product requirements, incorporate strategic product planning and tactical sprint-to-sprint value delivery; monitor and analyze adult learning product and technology market; identify the latest innovations and best-in-class digital learning solutions, and build strategic partnerships within the learning technology space; work with a team of developers to maintain and improve proprietary products and solutions; perform business, financial, and competitive analysis of learning technology market to develop insights and translate findings into actionable business recommendations using internal and external data; prepare executive business updates and presentations for senior-level performance discussions; manage stakeholders' expectations while building credibility with senior stakeholders through a strong business sense and balancing of priorities; provide thought partnership to Learning and Enablement leadership on technology topics and issues; facilitate internal expertise building and knowledge sharing; lead top priority initiatives to help grow Center for Client Learning and Enablement business and build strategic partnerships in digital learning space. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five years of experience in developing client solutions in the digital learning and education technology field. Specific skills/other requirements Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): launching and developing external customer-facing digital learning products as product owner and analyst; collaborating on implementation of digital product solutions with product developers, UX/UI designers, and Quantitative Analysts; designing and building professional-learning offers; large-scale digital systems development and implementation in learning space; managing technology vendors on large-scale program; applying business intelligence and query analysis tools for financial planning; working with business objects and relational databases for developing business strategy and creating economic scenarios for new business; and running a P&L. Domestic/International travel required (up to 20%) based on client/company need. M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 45+ hours per week. Send resume to An Equal Opportunity Employer.
