Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to support our surveying and mapping team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing accurate, high-quality drawings related to topographic surveys, easements, exhibits, plats, and construction-related maps. Responsibilities Draft and prepare topographic survey maps, site plans, and base files using AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Create and update easement documents, legal exhibits, and boundary-related drawings. Produce clear, precise survey maps, figures, and deliverables that meet company and client standards. Interpret field notes, sketches, point files, and survey data to develop accurate drawings. Coordinate with survey coordinators, field crews, and office staff to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized CAD files and adhere to drafting standards. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience strongly preferred). Experience drafting topo maps, easements, plats, or survey-related drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret survey data. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Understanding of land surveying principles is a plus. Why Join Us?
