Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Operator Instructor to deliver
high-impact training on aviation command and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of operator curriculum and training
materials
Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions using
CAC2S, CTN, TBMCS, and AFATDS
Supervise instructional staff and ensure alignment with Marine
Corps instructional standards
Required Qualifications
Previously certified Master Instructor and MAWTS-1 C3 Weapons and
Tactics Instructor
Experience as a Senior Air Director, Crew Chief, or Joint Interface
Control Officer
Knowledge of MACCS operational employment and Sensor Netting
Systems
Experience with curriculum development for tactical data
systems
An Active Secret clearance is required
