Job Description Seeking a Contracted In-Person Speech-Language
Pathologist to provide speech and language services for K–8
students in an arts-integrated, values-driven school community.
Responsibilities include conducting screenings, evaluations, and
therapy aligned with IEP goals, developing individualized treatment
plans, collaborating with teachers and families, documenting
progress, and supporting culturally responsive practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Delaware
licensure or eligibility, preferably ASHA CCC-SLP, with
school-based experience valued. Strong collaboration and
organizational skills are essential. Benefits include a
