• 401k company match, health, dental, vision.Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a Permanent Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing various structures including high-rise buildings, healthcare facilities, schools, parking structures, and more. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze structures using Revit, AutoCAD, and other software
  • Develop structural plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Perform calculations and prepare reports for various types of structures including steel, concrete, timber, masonry, and tilt-up
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and identify potential issues
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technologyQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
    • Licensed Structural Engineer preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in Structural Engineering or related field
    • Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and other structural design software
    • Experience with seismic retrofit and tilt-up construction preferred
    • Ability to design and analyze various types of structures including steel, concrete, timber, masonry, and tilt-up
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience working on healthcare, schools, and parking structures preferred
