Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure security
throughout the SDLC
Conduct threat modeling exercises and security testing
activities
Promote security awareness, maintain documentation, and drive
security improvements
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in software development or application
security role
Knowledge of web application design best practices and security
frameworks
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, application security testing,
and secure coding principles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred,
along with relevant certifications
Experience with Agile methodologies, .NET, and DevSecOps practices
is desirable
