Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Serviceability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Determine service strategies and implementation plans for
cloud-based products
Plan and conduct surveys on reliability and serviceability,
proposing improvements as needed
Collaborate with internal teams and customer IT departments to
translate business requirements into serviceability concepts
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in cloud computing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred
Certified Cloud Practitioner in Azure, Google Cloud, and/or AWS
Experience with cloud-native platforms and container technologies
(Kubernetes)
Familiarity with data privacy and healthcare security standards
