Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior RACF Mainframe Security
Engineer to lead the design and architecture of mainframe security
frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect RACF security structures to protect critical
resources and ensure scalability
Develop and implement security policies and strategies based on
business and compliance requirements
Lead the integration of RACF with enterprise security solutions and
frameworks
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in mainframe security, focusing on RACF
architecture and design
Expertise in RACF design, installation, and customization
Strong understanding of access control models and security
governance
Proven experience in developing bespoke tooling for the RACF
environment
Experience in performance tuning and optimizing RACF databases
