Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Change and Release
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Release Engineering team and facilitate Change Enablement
meetings
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and manage a team
focused on automation and tooling integrations
Create documentation and training resources to enhance the Change &
Release Enablement framework
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
5+ years of experience in program management, release management,
or IT change management
Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins,
GitLab CI)
Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures in a
technology setting
