A company is looking for a Principal Process Engineer -
Snacking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of process engineering
strategies for the Salty Snacks division
Manage and execute critical process-focused engineering projects
while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical specialists in
process engineering skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering; a master's
degree is preferred
8-10 years of experience in snacking process engineering
Experience in process designs focused on food safety and
quality
Familiarity with various operations such as dough mixing,
extrusion, and frying systems
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex engineering
projects
