Job Description Job Description This CNC Set-Up Operator role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy, and performance truly matter. You’ll set up and operate CNC machines, write and edit programs, and work with tight tolerances on complex aerospace components using Okuma, HAAS, and Fanuc controls. The role requires managing multiple set-ups and short-run jobs, selecting the right tooling, optimizing machining processes, and continuously improving efficiency and quality. Ideal for someone with strong CNC programming and set-up experience in the aerospace industry, this position is perfect for a detail-driven machinist who enjoys solving problems, working with advanced equipment, and producing mission-critical parts.
