Job Description Job Description Benefits: Free food & snacks Opportunity for advancement Training & development DESCRIPTION: Office and Fleet Maintenance Technician (Maintenance & Operations) Tribe Coffee | San Diego Tribe Coffee is a fast-growing mobile lifestyle brand, and our fleet is the backbone of everything we do. Were looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office and Fleet Maintenance Technician to help keep our office, vehicles (coffee wagons), and equipment running safely, cleanly, and at peak performance. This is a hands-on maintenance role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in organization and presentation, and understands that great experiences start behind the scenes. WHAT YOULL DO Maintain Tribes mobile fleet , including vehicles and coffee machines. Perform maintenance in-office (inventory checks, vacuuming and mopping floors, garbage disposal, other cleaning duties). Coordinate and transport vehicles for routine servicing, inspections, repairs, and detailing . Perform basic machine diagnostics and minor repairs , learning Tribes coffee equipment systems. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks , including cleaning, detailing, and readiness inspections. Ensure machines have adequate power supply, fuel, and operational readiness before or after service. Refuel vehicles, follow procedure for car washes, and maintain interior/exterior presentation of office and vehicles. Communicate proactively with leadership and crew regarding: Required repairs Parts and items that need ordering Maintenance timelines Issues that require third-party service providers Track maintenance needs such as oil changes, wrap condition, replacement parts, and long-term upkeep items. Keep detailed records reflecting services performed and services needed. Support field teams by ensuring all equipment is safe, reliable, and service/event-ready . WHO YOU ARE Youre dependable, organized, and take ownership of your work. You enjoy mechanical or technical problem-solving and learning new systems. You notice details others might miss. Youre comfortable working independently and managing routine tasks. You understand the importance of reliability in a mobile operation. You communicate clearly and proactively with team members. REQUIREMENTS Valid California drivers license and clean driving record, able to pass a drug test and background check. Licensed and comfortable driving. Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and cleaning as needed. Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with vehicle, or equipment maintenance, specifically vending machines is a plus. Willingness to learn coffee machine maintenance and diagnostics. Local to San Diego (or able to travel locally).
