Overview

Advanced Clinical is currently recruiting on the behalf of a Pharmaceutical company in Sothern California. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Programming candidate. The company develops medicines that treat intractable diseases by silencing the genes that cause them. Currently, the entire company works from home (WFH), but when it opens again, you'll typically be allowed 2-3 days WFH and flex on time/schedule.

Day To Day Responsibilities Include

• Manage the day-to-day activities of Clinical Programming (Programming vendor oversight, budget, forecasting, etc.)
• Develop and maintain the technical infrastructure to support clinical trials, including tools and processes to increase efficiency
• Provide input on options for further automation of EDC data downloads and data transfers
  
  Essential Skills And Requirements Include
  
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical programming in the bio/pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise in SAS and Spotfire required, familiarity in MS Power BI
  • Extensive knowledge of CDISC standards, specifically SDTM datasets/SDTM mapping
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional/personal scenarios
  • Experience with oversight for CRO/Programming resources
    EDUCATION
    
    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline required
    • Master's Degree in a related discipline preferred
