Sr. Director, Total Rewards and HR Technology At Bluebeam, we empower people to advance the way the world is built. The-- Senior Director, Total Rewards and HR Technology --will oversee critical HR areas of global benefits, compensation, employee relations, HRIS administration and compliance. *This role is a full-time, onsite position. Due to COVID-19, all new employees will be required to start work remotely until we are able to return to the office. More information will be provided in the interview-- process.* What you'll do:

  • Oversee global benefits, ensuring that they are competitive locally and meet the unique needs of our employee base.
  • Manage Bluebeam's compensation program, including overseeing collection of market data, coordinating salary review processes, executive compensation, and providing strategic guidance to leaders on compensation decisions.
  • Define and deliver People Tech roadmap and People Services that maximize efficiencies.
  • Define and launch Reporting and Analytics programs .
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor laws by creating and maintaining internal policies and procedures that protect Bluebeam and employees alike.--
  • Oversee leave of absences and provide guidance to employees and leaders on disability options.
  • Oversee wellness and engagement programs to ensure Bluebeam is providing a work experience that provides opportunities for both balance and fulfillment. What we'd like to see in you:
    • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards/HRIS, or in a role focused on benefit management, total rewards, executive pay.
    • 3-5 years direct people management, with a focus on helping team members grow and develop.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or difficult information with empathy and clarity.--
    • Vendor management and negotiation experience.
    • Financial management of-- benefits.
    • Excellent excel and analytic skills.--
    • Ability to influence, collaborate and interact effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align on objectives and provide consistent Employee Experience & Rewards direction.
    • Deep knowledge of HR rules and regulations, with the ability to research and share best practices with others.
    • Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
    • Adept at influencing through strong relationships. What we'd LOVE to see in you:
