Restaurant General Manager $75,000 to $85,000 $24K Yearly Bonus Potential Paid Monthly Medical, Dental, Vision Paid PTO 9 Week MIT Program & Management Development Program Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager for their scratch cooking concept where food is ethically treated and made to order and fueled by the power of real food! Position Responsibilities: The General Manager position is responsible for providing positive, ethical leadership that motivates and inspires the management team and develops their talent and skill set while achieving company results. This role requires a food and guest-centered philosophy that delivers profitable sales growth and safe working conditions. Manages guest experience Manages restaurant financials; responsible for the restaurant's P&L and achieving company targets specifically; sales forecasts, food cost, labor cost etc. Position Qualifications: Must have s minimum of 5 years of CORPORATE FAST CASUAL or FULL-SERVICE CHAIN restaurant management experience with 2 years plus at the GM level in fresh food with a minimum sales volume of $3M MUST understand financials and be familiar with systems such as CTuit Kitchen operations knowledge, experience and ability to problem-solve and implement solutions Experience with technology and Standard Operating Procedures Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent communication skills Experience with training, scheduling, P&L and food and labor costs Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Requirements:

  • Resolve all guest complaints to customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service
  • Conduct onboarding and off boarding activities and follows through with outstanding employee documentation to ensure compliance
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality or service when general manager be
  • Direct restaurant operations with responsibility for guest service, brand standards execution and employee training
  • Lead the entire restaurant staff
  • Interviewing/hiring, food orders
  • Manage the restaurant to meet company standards in food quality, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Ensure all food safety procedures
  • Overseeing all restaurant and catering operations
  • Meet labor and food cost goals
  • Manage food and beverage/banquet operations to ensure food quality, customer service and cost controls
  • Meeting the restaurant's P&L
  • Increase restaurant and retail sales
  • Ensure quality of food and customer service
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all employees follow inventory and cash control procedures
  • Performing administrative duties including payroll, inventory, food ordering, proper cash handling
  • Monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure all customers receive quality customer service from company employees
