Adams is seeking a Manager in our Corporate Development team. Moss
Adams' Corporate Development Office is responsible for generating,
managing, and executing mergers and acquisitions, strategic
partnerships and collaboration opportunities, and the development
of our firmwide and M strategy. The Manager is a key business
partner and will work closely with the firm Senior Leadership Team
and cross-functional leaders to assess and develop strategy to
assist with Moss Adams' growth expansion plan. The ideal candidate
enjoys diving into complex problems, works effectively with
cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment.The selected candidate will be part of a small,
collaborative team of key executives that value individuals who
think creatively and proactively look for growth opportunities.
Over time, the selected candidate will serve as a primary contact
in supporting the firm's M strategy by conducting industry research
and valuation analyses, managing the deal process, negotiating
contract, and building both internal and external relationships.
The Manager will report to the partner in charge of our Corporate

Identify appropriate opportunities that support Moss Adams'
strategic priorities through interaction with senior business
leaders, investment bankers, and organic pipeline generation+
Analyze and understand Moss Adams' strategic objectives, as well as
professional service industry trends to identify, recommend and
pursue firms/services/technologies that can meet those objectives+
Evaluate the benefits of potential acquisitions and manage the
process of building both internal and external consensus+ Assist
the partner in charge of Corporate Development with valuation and
deal structuring+ Manage the pre-transaction diligence efforts+
Evaluate synergy opportunities and risks in potential transactions+
Work with all cross-functional groups within Moss Adams from
signing the term sheet to integration and post-close synergies+
Develop the ongoing processes, skill sets, and strategy that will
enable Moss Adams to continue to build out our corporate
development competency, in the face of extremely fast growth and a
rapidly changing professional service industry**Qualifications** :+
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required+ Minimum of 5
years of related experience in a complex organization required;
minimum of 3 years of corporate development experience in a
corporate or professional services environment preferred+ MBA
degree preferred+ Excellent foundational consulting, verbal, and
written communication skills including the ability to articulate
complex issues to clients and others+ Strong executive presence and
demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to
effectively present to large or small groups+ Demonstrated
analytical and problem-solving skills; fluency in performing
rigorous financial, valuation, and other quantitative analyses+
Strong organizational and project management skills with the
ability to create and analyze processes for a wide variety of
transactions and focus on process improvements+ Ability to develop
relationships, build rapport, and effectively influence others
across all levels and teams across the organization+ Self- directed
professional with strong interpersonal skills+ Ability to travel as
