                        • Great Attitude. Somewhat related to being a good communicator. In customer service, a great attitude and communication style goes a long way. Showing genuine interest in students and their growth means a lot.
                          • Desire and Ability to Learn Quickly. You don't need to be a tech wiz for this position, but we want you to learn high level technical concepts so you can speak intelligently to parents (and students!), and perhaps be inspired to code yourself!
                            • Coding Knowledge. While we are running a coding school, this is not necessarily a technical position. • Organization. The Manager must be extremely organized and diligent in working with parents, follow processes to a tee, and keep everything well-documented so that others can track the same items. Multi-tasking of many simultaneous tasks is a common job responsibility.
                                        • Great Communicator. There will be plenty of chatting with parents, and of course patience is a virtue when it comes to kids! You will need to negotiate with unhappy parents from time to time. You must be GREAT at small talk, big talk - all talk!
                                          • Leadership. The Manager needs to be a natural leader, able to manage staff, parents, and students in an effective way.
                                            • Coding Knowledge. While we are running a coding school, this is not necessarily a technical position.
