Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced SLP to lead our growing
speech team! We work with both pediatric and adult patients and
offer opportunities to specialize in various areas such as voice,
feeding, early intervention, and more! Our therapists work as a
team with weekly meetings and trainings to best support our
patients and grow as well-rounded clinicians. We currently have
openings for:Sign-On Bonus of $1500!!!!The SLP director will
support our team and community by:
- Providing evaluations, treatment sessions, and complete
documentation
- Providing successful parent coaching/patient and caregiver
training
- Participating in meetings to share knowledge and learn from our
other team members
- Developing their ideas to support our patients in new ways
- Achieving patient successes that inspire hope and encourage
others
- Supervising and mentoring the SLP team
- Collaborating with families and other departments to provide
optimal service to our patients
- Inspire and motivate a team
- Complete documentation utilizing company policies, templates,

- Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology from
an accredited educational institution
- Must have SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervision
- Maintain CEU and licensure requirements
- Previous pediatric treatment experience required
- Early intervention experience
- Authorized to work in the United States (we utilize
e-verify)
