Job Description:

SaiTech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the contractor's single contract manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsibilities:Formulating and enforcing work standardsAssigning contractor schedulesReviewing and Managing workSupervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinatesBe responsible for the overall contract performanceUses new advanced technologies and applications are required that apply advance principles, theories, and concepts across program requirementsContributes to the development of new principles and concepts to solve complex highly innovative and ingenious problemsHigh degree of program coordination required to ensure performance meets all requirementsRequirementsMinimum Requirements:Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer / Information Systems Engineering, Business, or other technically related discipline15 years of overall government contracting experience5 years of project development from inception to deployment5 years of experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms5 years of demonstrated experience in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity5 years of experience in increasing responsibilities in information systems design and/or management5 years of experience working with Cloud ServicesPMP certificationITIL V4 certification Preferred Qualifications:NASA or Government Contract in technical and/or management experienceCISSP certificationPDN-97eeef22-7413-42b4-9091-1ecee41ba4c9
