Job Description:
The Business Manager supports, coordinates and collaborates with
all units of the Rose Bowl Operating Company ("RBOC"), including
but not limited to Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations and
Sales/Marketing. The Business Manager is tasked with creating,
implementing and managing systems and processes based on the Event
Department's business goals that drive efficiencies and optimize
productivity both within the department and across the
organization. Major events include college football, soccer,
concerts, festivals, and enterprise events. This position supports
the Director of Events and the broader executive leadership team in
carrying out company-wide initiatives and projects, as well as
managing company-wide analytics to enhance efficiency and business
performance. -
