Sustainability / Energy Management Support Remote System One is seeking a Sustainability / Energy Management Support Specialist to provide support in the development of sustainability reporting, manage and track all project design review efforts, and provide subject matter support. This is a great opportunity to join a respected client in the engineering and construction services sector! Important Details:

• 12 months+ contract opportunity plus 4 option years (possibly a 5-year opportunity)
• Pay Rate Range: $40 - 48/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
• Remote work
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri.: 8am-5pm (possible slight variance)
• Weekly pay
• Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.)
• 401k after 30 days
• Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check
• US Citizenship required - Sustainability / Energy Management Support Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in the development of annual sustainability reporting to include:
    • Sustainability Report
    • Sustainable Buildings Strategic Plan
    • Construction and Demolition waste data
    • Sustainability Awards Program
    • Energy Efficiency
      • Manage and track all project design review efforts and coordinate staff participation.
      • Provide SME support in the development of sustainable buildings standards and track all Facility Standard Service criteria efforts and coordinate staff participation. Sustainability / Energy Management Support Qualifications:
        • Bachelor???s degree from an accredited university.
        • 7 or more years related experience in their field of either Environmental, Sustainability, and Historic Preservation working with construction or real property projects/actions.
        • Experience shall include projects in the VA, government, and private sectors.
        • Experience shall include projects nationwide.
