You will report to the Site Director and will have a n onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.To be considered for the Director of Continuous Improvement opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
  • 5 + years of experience developing, organizing, implementing and managing projects
    • Experience driving change management initiatives
      • Demonstrated experience selecting and working with CI tools including: Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six Sigma, Validation as well as other problem solving skills
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database experience preferred
          • Engineering or manufacturing experience preferred
            • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the company
              • Self-motivated, highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects concurrentlyAs a Director of Continuous Improvement , you will:
                • Lead and implement approved continuous improvement efforts identified by the specific site, global team, or the CI team
                  • Manage the implementation of Continuous Improvement methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Problem Solving and Value Stream Analysis to improve productivity
                    • Set the company operational strategy and sit on the Senior Management Team (SMT)Our Benefits:
