Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Manager to
oversee complex projects that align with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of enterprise initiatives, including project
scoping, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
Coordinate tasks and ensure accountability for deliverables across
functions as the day-to-day project lead
Support change management strategies and track progress toward key
milestones and KPIs
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in project management, business
transformation, or internal consulting
Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into structured project
work
Proficiency with project management and productivity tools
Experience in financial services or community development
organizations is preferred
