Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Growth Manager to enhance
customer relationships and drive account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement account development strategies to align with
growth objectives
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted
advisor
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and securing
annual renewals
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas with positive
customer feedback
At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer
Success Management, or inside sales
Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira
Healthcare industry expertise and telecom technical knowledge are a
plus
Technical experience with complex customer API integrations is
advantageous
