Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Attorney Integration to
oversee the onboarding and integration of new attorney hires.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage a centralized onboarding process for new
attorneys
Collaborate with various departments to support client transition
and relationship management
Conduct regular check-ins and prepare progress reports on new
hires' integration and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
Experience in attorney integration, professional development, or
law firm administration preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with firm
leadership
Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential
information
