Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a high-performance sales team
Lead the development of team and individual performance to meet
sales targets
Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent field sales work
experience
MBA strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in the B2B SaaS industry
Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in the SaaS
industry
Strong leadership skills and experience with CRM technology
platforms
