Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Manager to
oversee and manage the Disclosures Department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with laws while
providing excellent customer service
Train and develop employees, assess processes for efficiency, and
implement improvements
Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular meetings to review
productivity and goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Administration,
or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams, preferably in the
mortgage industry
Knowledge of federal and governmental real estate lending
guidelines and mortgage processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with
electronic mortgage processing systems
Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
