Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, M&A.
Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of M&A including legal diligence and
integration activities
Lead ad-hoc projects to automate and evolve the Legal function of
M&A
Manage the Legal deal process from pre-acquisition diligence to
post-acquisition program management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification
5+ years of project/program management experience or paralegal
experience
Experience in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Familiarity with or desire to learn about mergers and
acquisitions
Proficient in Google Workspace, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
