Company:Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.Job Area:Operations Group, Operations Group > Product ManagementGeneral Summary:This role at Qualcomm is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Image Processing IP across Snapdragon devices, with a focus on IoT markets such as action cameras, body-worn cameras, IP security cameras, dash cams, and more. The position spans hardware, software, and third-party feature integration, requiring a deep understanding of the camera domain and image processing technologies.The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise, ecosystem awareness, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. This is a horizontal leadership role within the product management organization.Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Planning
    • Define and justify IP options for new chipsets.
    • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks.
    • Maintain and evolve Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and feature requests.
    • Execution & Prioritization
      • Prioritize engineering activities, resource allocation, and program funding.
      • Track execution through stakeholder coordination, dashboards, and escalation management.
      • Ecosystem & Partner Alignment
        • Align product offerings with ecosystem partners (ISVs, HW vendors, OS providers).
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain and ecosystem partners to enhance Snapdragon platform value.
        • Market & Technology Expertise
          • Act as the subject matter expert on IoT camera markets and image processing technologies.
          • Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer pain points, and competitor insights.
          • Provide strategic feedback to the IoT BU and camera tech teams for roadmap alignment.
          • Communication & Influence
            • Summarize business status, strategy, and tactical plans for executive leadership.
            • Evangelize the product vision across internal and external stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
              --- 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.Preferred Qualifications:
              • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
              • 5+ years of experience in image processing or camera technologies.
              • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
