• 2 years post-license.
• Current license with the State Board of Behavioral Science as an LCSW or LMFT.
• DMH documentation standards.
• Prior knowledge and experience with DMH documentation standards.
• Training and certification in Evidence-Based Practice Models.Job Description:
  • Clinical Supervisor will provide individual, family, conjoint, group, and multi-family modalities for clients within the context of the agency's emphasis on understanding and treating the client in a family context.
  • Exercise a high degree of independent judgment in the supervision of the day-to-day team operations to provide quality care and client service coordination through effective case management and staff coverage.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision of Therapist.
  • Conduct ongoing training of therapist.
  • Monitor and improve agency operations by ensuring adequate staffing and provides clients' easy access to treatment services.
  • Lead and guide during crisis and emergency situations.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate, review, and monitor case assignments.
  • Maintain established performance and conduct standards in accordance with agency and organizational expectations.Other information about this job:The agency is strong in the area of providing ongoing training to therapist for licensure.
