Job Description:

We are looking for a customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate would be an individual with great customer service skills and has good phone etiquette. This is an entry level position with great opportunity for growth in the healthcare industry!Essential Job Duties:The Medical Scheduler is part of the customer service department and will be taking a high volume of inbound calls for this orthopedic office, assisting with appointment scheduling and resolving customer concerns or questions. Typical job duties can include:

• Answering inbound calls daily from patients
• Scheduling appointments for patients and assisting with rescheduling and cancellations
• Transferring calls to the appropriate department or contact
• Inputting and updating patient information into the internal system
• Answering questions from patients about services and resolving any patient concernsQualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous healthcare experience highly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish & English highly preferred
