As a Clinical Care Partner, you will provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, working closely with a Registered Nurse to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services, adhering to the patient's plan of care and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting (Current CNA may be substituted for the one year experience requirement).
  • Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with use of medical terminology.Benefits
