Job Opportunity at Huntington HospitalWe are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a member of our outpatient rehabilitation department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on their lives.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and administer speech and language treatment to patients
• Participate in patient care management, including identifying communicative disorders and linking patients with required services
• Monitor care delivery, advocate for patients, and evaluate outcomesRequirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech Pathology, Language Pathology, or Communicative Disorders
  • Current unrestricted Speech Pathologist License issued by the state of California Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensary Board
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider certification issued by the American Heart AssociationPreferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working with neuro-rehabilitation patients, including TBI, SCI, and strokeWork Environment:This per diem position requires flexibility in hours and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.Compensation:Anticipated base compensation rate is in the range of $62.98 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
