Special Needs Network (SNN) seeks a dedicated BCBA with clinical supervision experience to join our nonprofit organization as a *Clinical Supervisor. This role is based in Pasadena, CA*, *and surrounding cities.*

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and implement ABA programs in in-home and telehealth settings.
* Develop and adjust behavior intervention plans to meet evolving client needs.
* Provide clinical supervision as a Clinical Supervisor and support to behavior technicians.
* Produce progress reports and individualized treatment plans for clients.

*Qualifications:*
* *Active BCBA Certification required.*
* *1 year of clinical supervision experience is a plus.*
* *Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is a plus.*
* *Experience with in-home services, pediatrics, and telehealth is a plus.*
