Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service regarding EHP health insurance benefits
and eligibility
Utilize various systems to resolve issues related to insurance and
billing
Advise members on provider network requirements and assist with
Healthy Choice enrollment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Two years of experience in health insurance claims processing or
customer service
Previous customer service or billing experience
PC skills proficiency
