Job Description:
We are seeking passionate Unit Managers dedicated to providing
exceptional resident care in a not-for-profit facility.
Responsibilities include advocating for residents, maintaining care
documentation, facilitating care plans, involving families, and
monitoring health status. Effective communication with staff,
families, and administration is essential to ensure high-quality
services. Qualifications include an Associate degree (preferred),
nursing experience (preferred), and BLS certification or RN license
(preferred). Full-time role with benefits such as health/dental
insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and on-site amenities.
Schedule includes 8-10 hour shifts, primarily Monday to Friday,
with some weekends required. Must be able to relocate to
Chesterfield, VA before starting.
