A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator - National
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls for medication adherence and
prescription management
Ensure productivity standards are met while providing clerical and
administrative support to clinical staff
Respond to escalated inquiries and maintain confidentiality of
patient information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
2+ years of experience in a pharmacy, medical, or healthcare
setting
1+ years of administrative support experience
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
1+ years of call center experience
