Key Responsibilities
Document evaluation results and daily progress notes according to
department policy
Complete discharge notes summarizing treatment course, progress,
and follow-up recommendations
Provide education to patients and families, ensuring understanding
and involvement in treatment plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Basic Life Support certification upon start
Virginia Physical Therapist licensure upon start
Experience in acute care preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; Master's degree
preferred
